On the Laptop I am still on the old layout but on my phone Galaxy Note 4 I am on the new layout. How do I get rid of the new layout on my phone please?

If you go to the footer of the page on mobile and click on 'Legacy site' that will take you back to either Desktop or Touch (whichever you were previously on). To switch between those two (touch and full desktop), go to the footer again and select.
