    If "too long" is your criteria for not watching a show, you're potentially missing out on a lot of great TV from the last 15 years. We're definitely in a golden age right now.

    Bear in mind that there are only 10 episodes per season and season 7 will have only 7 episodes.

    You can always skip a few episodes or a season and read the summaries of what went on, that's what often do.
