Hi, I'm in the process of purchasing a 2 up 2 down cottage. I want to gut the cottage and build a rectangular extension onto the back of it of 800sqft. Any idea what it would cost? Average finish ..

Double story I assume? 90-100k minimum.

Yes 2 storey. R 800sqft over both floors.
