Hey, I had an accident in my car last year, it is still not settled, so it's an open case, I have a vintage car and need to renew the insurance, does anyone know if I will have trouble renewing or if they can refuse me?

I was/am not able to move insurance companies on my regular car because of the open case-tia-if mods don't mind, I'm also gonna post this on the vintage forum.

Are the policies with the same company?
I don't think it will be a problem as it's two separate cars.
You'll just have to wait and see.

I had a similer issue, I wasnt allowed to take out any new policy, but they did allow me to renew my existing policy.

Sweet- as long as I can renew and they don't charge me too much over the regular premium
