    Hi lads, just wondering does anyone have any idea what the pay is like for aircraft engineering apprentices in ireland?

    Thanks, from what im aware you get rent allowance too and a shift compensation?

    Beware. It's not unknown for companies to wriggle out of paying for nights/holiday pay. Also, they can play fast and loose with the definition of what work an apprentice is allowed to do.

    Hi lads. Just wondering does anyone know what the average wage for a B1/B2 licensed engineer is in ireland and does having a type rating increase your wage by much or at all?

    Mid 40s in some companies and about a fiver a week.
