Are you being advised/treated by a general dentist or by a specialist orthodontist?
Sometimes different practitioners, irrespective of nationality, will have different opinions& approaches.
Midline discrepancies cannot always be corrected- Google a photo of the actor Tom Cruise as an example.
You need to communicate your concerns to the practitioner treating you. They in turn need to explain clearly if what you want to achieve is possible or not.

from the beginning,i keep repeating that i want my my midline to be treated.and symmetrical.im getting another consultation from orthodontist too.im losing one tooth.before i met him,i already consult with my family dentist.he told me to open the space to replace it.so that i can achieve the symmetrical of my teeth.when i meet my dentist now,he firstly agree to that but then he suggesting to close gaps.and i ask either that will corrected my midline or not.and he said yes.i agree to close gap but the result is not what he promised me.its not just my midline is not centre,my upper and lower teeth also misaligned.it was so obvious.

I can see the photo you placed in the edit box, that midline is not off much maybe 1/4 unit, your nose is asymmetric and thats throwing things a bit, there is also a significant slope down on the right which will exacerbate the issue and you cannot get symmetry with that slope. Its likely a growth asymmetry, lots of people have them.

Sometimes people get obsessed with the midline, once you see it you cannot unsee it. Sometimes its impossible to fully correct, and even if you do, other issues become more obvious.

Dentist (and people in general) have a tendency to judge others work critically and underestimate technical difficulties.
