If you were to buy one of the houses from Germany that the company puts together on site would you need an architect?

You will need someone to do a few things, including the following:
    • Get planning permission for the house they are delivering on a fully serviced site.
    • Design and build a suitable foundation, to the companies spec, including the exact location of services in the slab.
    • ensure sufficient access for lorries and cranes for the erection
