I've no room to have my desktop anymore.. so i'm looking at a laptop..

I have a 1ms monitor that I will be connecting to.

I've only for 700/800 max to be spending.

I'd like something that can also handle photoshop and maybe some 3Ds Max.. as I might be making a career change soon and need to use 3ds max more.

I'd like something fast so maybe SSD

    What are you opinions
    thanks.

On that budget realistically you would be looking at a GTX960M class laptop, which would be good for most AAA titles at 1080p lowish settings at OK framerates. PC Specialist is a good place to start.

Is an mITX PC any good to you, they're really small desktops, not much bigger than an Xbox or PS4 in some cases. Would be better value than a laptop

Any laptop you buy will be less capable than an equivalent desktop, and for 3D work you want an i5/i7 and a decent GPU.
