    Disappointingly there doesn t seem to be any local publicity of the National Transport Authority s public transport awareness Summer 2016 campaign which means that under 19s can travel for free on Bus ireann local routes in and beyond County Cavan e.g. Monaghan-Cootehill Cavan/ Cavan-Virginia-Dublin/Bailieboro/Ballyjamesduff - Kells. But the offer is not valid on the Donegal Express as this is a commercial route.

    All that s needed is a Child Leap Card and present this to the driver on boarding.
