Samsung ASHP not working

    Hi,

I have just moved into a new build 2 weeks ago and this morning the heat pump has stopped working. The screen in the hot press that controls it is totally blank (see pic). My wife is due in 3 days and being a bank holiday I can't get the developer back in.

Any ideas what might be going on or how to troubleshoot?

    Thanks!

Have you checked the mcb's? Looks like no power to it.

Yeah, no trips on the fuse board and the isolator outside the press is on as well. When I turn off the isolator I do hear a click and hear it again when I turn it on but the screen doesn't light up or show anything.

Is there a fuse somewhere along the line, have you the tools and the skill set, including safety considerations, to test how far the power is going from the consumer unit: i.e. check the isolator with cover off.

Is there a light on/fuse in the isolated switch?

Sorted- took the cover off the inverter, the error code was a communication issue with the controller. Took the cover off the controller and then turned on the power/isolator. The panel clicked and a red light came on and went off. Did it a few times and realised its a loose connection on the isolator, got it back working but will get an electrician on Tuesday to check it over.
