Would it be acceptable to b&b cattle on to a land parcel and still claim glas, SFP and disadvantaged area? I have cattle myself but a bit of my land is awkward to get to.

A couple of points spring to mind.
    1) the movement into your herd number and then back out to the owners herd number will be considered as two movements. Remember the animals will be classified as belonging to your herd once they move in (1 movement) and upon returning to the owners herd a second movement. Depending on the age of cattle it could be important with the ridiculous restriction of 4 movements for Bord Bia Quality Assurance premium.
    2) Nitrates - make sure you do not go over you allowance by introducing extra numbers.
And 3) Complications with a TB/Brucellious breakdown in either herd, legal issues and compensation.
I have not heard of any restrictions re SFP/disadvantaged area or GLAS to prevent you from going ahead with a B&B arrangement (Nitrates been the only one) but maybe other people who are more knowledgeable on B&B arrangements will post.

Depends on the measures selected for glas - eg LIPP yes

for anc and BPS you'd need to notify the dept of b&b

points 1 & 2 made by base above would be the bigger hurdles i think

IMO it would want to be a substantial plot of land to make it worth while, there's a alot to go wrong nowadays with all the satallite inages
