On a provisional licence you should consider yourself to be getting it at a bargain for 2k.
Can you get a family member or friend to be the registered owner of the car, go on it as the main driver and you go on as a named driver?

Anyway, how does a man in Ireland get to 36 and not have a drivers licence?

Got a quote off chill for a 1.4 Mazda 3 same age with a learners permit for just over 1800 for comprehensive coverage
