    Customers are liable for charges up to the end of March 2016.

    New law requires owners of dwellings to notify Irish Water of the names of the occupiers, with whom they have an agreement, and the start date of the agreement within 20 working days of it coming into effect. If the information is not provided within 20 working days, the owner is liable for water charges up to the date they do provide the information

    2) Reimbursing unmetered charge?

    Customers who had a meter installed during billing, are eligible for a rebate if their usage is shown to be less than the capped amount. A rebate is calculated following a year of monitored usage.

    3) Stuck new mains water meter valve

    If you would like to provide us with the below details via PM, we can arrange for the relevant department to take a look at the valve and complete repairs if necessary:
