Drink Query

I had a question if anyone can help

I had a (witnessed) verbal agreement with an establishment to provide food up to a value of 100e for an event i was having at the establishment.

Towards the end of the event (2am) I was told by my wife that the establishment had started a tab. I, drunk at this stage, went to question this and ask them to close it. I then paid the bill only to find that the bill was over 400e and I paid the bill whilst drunk.

It was only the next day when sober that I after asking family and friends, realised that every one had been paying separately themselves for drinks.

I contacted the establishment the next day asking for the detailed bill which to this day (almost 5 months later) hasn't been provided and a explanation so that the issue could be resolved.

The establishment has since changed management not ownership and were reluctant to do anything. They eventually came back offering me 150e worth of vouchers to use at the establishment.

Do i have any right to ask for everything back that is over the 100e agreed amount?

    Any thoughts?

Grab the vouchers which is extremely generous of them and indicative of new management trying to generate some goodwill.
