Looking for a building site - West County

If I am ever granted permission to retire to Ireland, I want to find a site, preferably with an existing house to extend/renovate/rebuild, to create my retirement home. Spectacular views are a must. The location preference is fairly broad. Prefer direct waterfront with elevated views. The larger and more remote the site, the better.
If it is a house ideally we would need a septic tank on the property and if it is a site it needs to have a planning permission (outline is OK) without any nasty occupancy clauses.
If anyone knows of such a property, please let me know. Proper commissions would be paid. I check Daft.ie every week so please do not send me any current listings.
    Thanks.

I know it's not at all what you are looking for but sometimes I dream of having the money and time to make somewhere like this viable:

... and also of course the ability to make someone supply broadband to it!!!

Of course if you do buy it and you're feeling generous I'm happy to take a massive commission ;) .... (which I would be obliged to share with Calahonda52 as he originally posted the link - what do you think CH .. 70/30? ;) )

Challenging but equally amazing property. Thanks for sending it. However, as I mentioned in my email, I am looking for off-market properties and this property is an active listing on Daft.

Still enjoyed reading about it. We have the same taste I feel. Hope you will forward others.
