Anyone here any experience of Taleo. Applied for a job with one company some time ago using taleo and got a follow up phone call to say if I was successful in the phone interview I would be keep in the their data base. End result I get job notification for various jobs nothing including at one point the job I had applied…

Anyone here any experience of Taleo. Applied for a job with one company some time ago using taleo and got a follow up phone call to say if I was successful in the phone interview I would be keep in the their data base. End result I get job notification for various jobs nothing including at one point the job I had applied for. In this case on the phone the lady explained the jobs were short term and were hire as needed.

Now the more recent case and the one that I am more explicitly interested in. Went to the process of stripping the formatting from my CV and putting thing in a Taleo freindly order etc. Still it managed to skip a few job. Either way i eventually managed to manually enter everything and submit my application. Now I am getting similar notifications, providing a link to apply for the job I have already applied for.
