    Hi,
    Here's the situation.
I live in a Forrester area, there are trees behind my house and in a site which is being developed behind my house.
The trees block views into my site but I think the deloper is knocking them on the site behind mine so ultimately the house behind mine will be able to see into my house and me there's which isn't lreferable, is thatballowed or do I have any rights?

The only rights you have are through the planning process so start to see has the new house planning and if there is a felling licence.

You might edit the post, its hard to follow:)
