What does the title mean when written in a court order?

It's from the appeal court emi vs upc judgement appendix

One or both parties have the permission of the Court to make an application to the Court regarding the order made. In that case it was to facilitate a variation of the injunction where technology may develop in a manner that would mean it would be possible to violate the spirit of the order without violating its explicit terms. In that case either party may apply to ask the Court to amend the order in a way that would encompass the new technology.
