Hi just wondering where a couple, unmarried stand if they have a house and relationship breaks down and one person moves out? There are kids involved also.Does the person who moves out still have to pay their share of mortgage? Can they make the other person sell?
any advise would be great, thanks.

You need legal advice from a solicitor. Though generally speaking, the kids needs will always come first, including a roof over their head.

As Goz83 says you need legal advice here. Forum rules prohibit legal advice .
Talk to a solicitor. Good luck. Thread closed
