Multiroom not available at service installation

    Please explain why Eir could not install my multiroom boxes when installing my main box

    Why do I have to wait 48 hours before even booking an installation for these boxes (as advised by Eir to me on live chat)

    Hi Sawfish,

    Thank you for getting in touch :)I am very sorry to hear this has happened.

    Unfortunately if this was not ordered at the point of sale the engineer would not have the equipment to install this.

    A second appointment would be required. If you contact our loyalty team directly on 1901 (option 4) they will be able to arrange this for you.
