    Hi Guys,

I want to get a design drawn up for my back garden. I've got some ideas on the layout, but I'm not the most creative and I know nothing about plants, so I'd like a professional to take my ideas, combine them with theirs and come up with a design. I've googled galway garden design and got some results, but I'd really like a recommendation if I could get one. Does anyone on here know of a good designer in Galway?

    Thanks,

    Ronan

Bump! A year and a half later and I still haven't gotten around to getting my garden sorted. Can anyone help with a designer recommendation?

How did the search go Ronnie?

I'm thinking of getting someone in so would be interested in recommendations if you don't mind PMing me?

McGaughs Garden Centre are hosting a 4 week course in garden design starting this week or next I think - 1/2 evenings a week. Not sure who is running the course but might be worth signing up...

Anne Mckeon is a very well known Galway garden designer.

It was on their facebook page, now says course sold out :(

It does say Dave Mahon of Natural Designs is running the course. ;)

Thanks for the replies folks. I had actually seen the course on facebook, but it didn't appeal to me - I'm looking to delegate to someone who knows what they're doing. I might try natural designs though and see what they say.

PM me if you wish I may be able to help you on some aspects or give you pointers.
