Drinking water in bathroom

Thought we'd find an old thread on this but no joy.

Basically, as above, we'd like to have drinking water on the cold tap in our bathroom. The hot tap is pumped from a combi boiler at 3bar.

Is there any particular taps we must or can't use? Ideally we'd like a mixer tap - is this possible or anything we need to look out for / be care of?

    Thanks
