Anyone completed a CELT training course? Advice?

Is a Celt certificate as good as CELTA? Celt is roughly 700 euro cheaper than Celta, is it as intense as the Celta? whats covered? which is better? Personal experience of the course? Worth doing it? Any information regarding Celt at all? Thanks
