Playing Karaoke files on Yamaha PSR S770

Hi, I have just bought a yamaha psr s770. I am having difficulty playing karaoke files downloaded from the karaoke-version website. The files will play as mp3 but no lyrics will appear, They dont seem to play as mp4 or other files at all. Has anyone dealt with this issue before? Thanks.
