Exterior Stabiliser and / or Primer Advice

    Hi all.
    Looking for some advice.

Has the exterior walls power washed. Great job done.

I'm left with a wide variety of surfaces on the sand/cement render - old paint (possibly oil-base), concrete patches on the render, bare render, lots of exterior filler and bare sills. I know I need to put down stabilising sealer but I want to make sure there's no peeling in future and that I give it the best finish now.

I've been recommended the following products
    - sure seal latex primer by Benjamin Moore
    - aquafix primer
    - EB bond
    - and just do nothing and stabilise only.

Can anyone offer advice. I'm worried that the finish will be very uneven throughout.

    Thank you.

Everbuild Stabilising Primer is about 15euro for 5 litres.

Apply it to bare wall, fresh plaster, then give the walls 2 coats of paint.
Colortrend is the best paint in my opinion, but it's about 65euro per 10 litre of coloured, 55euro per 10 litre of white.
