Hi Folks apologies if this is posted incorrectly. I've been following POTW for quite some time now and I look on in awe at some of the works that are selected.

However I am completely at a loss as to how POTW works.
How do you submit an entry?
Where can you see previous winners works?
Why not stage an annual exhibition of the various winner throughout the year?

To submit a photo, simply post it in the "Random Photos" thread.

The photo with the most thanks/likes wins POTW for that given week.
Normally the "thanks" are counted up around a month after the week in question. This allows photos posted at the end of the week a fair chance of gaining "thanks".

2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th place become a part of the Honourable Mentions section.

If you have multiple photos in the top 5 when the thanks are counted up, then only the highest thanked photo will be included.
