Ok, so, my son has a life threatening condition.
    HE is nearly 2.
His father has only come back into his life after being abent for 8 months.
I signed off on access and joint guardianship.
He has not kept up with his access so can the guardianship be capped?
My son is due more life saving surgery. This will be his 12th general anaesthetic. It's possible to have the father's guardianship capped where hospital legalities are concerned?
He lives in a different jurisdiction and we never signed our joint gaurdianship forms in front of a commissioner of owth; I signed mine from my kitchen table he, his in the UK so, is the contract legally binding?

When you say you signed off on access and guardianship what do you mean? Did it go to court?

Guardianship can be removed but very unlikely for minor reasons.
