Roberts tandem for sale 1000€

    This is a custom built tandem from one of the UKs best known frame builders.
    Its made from tandem 531 Reynolds, Roberts was one of the two licensed to use this. Cantilever brakes (with Scott Mathauser blocks)with an Arai rear hub brake.48 spoke Balance hubs with 700c rims, 135mm rear axle-100mm front, TA cyclotourist triple chainset, Huret eco duo-par titanium rear mech, Campagnolo record seat posts, Cinelli bars and stems, Suntour bar controls, full set of mudguards , Blackburn low rider and carriers. A new equivalent would cost 6000€ Photos on request as I can not attach them.

    I glaring omission the size. Its 58.5 cm front and 53cm rear.

    What length is it from front to back. Not wheelbase length but overall length?

    I will measure it to morrow for you but it fits comfortably in the back of a short wheel base transit and transporter.

    Point taken Beasty.
    The length of the tandem from the front tyre (new Pasala tour guard 32mm) is 236cm to the back of the rear mudguard. 234.5 from tyre to tyre.
