I bought these in March 2015 and have used them exclusively as my 'special day' wheelset, They've covered approx 1,000 km in the dry and are in perfect condition, running smooth and true.

    €650 o.n.o.

Collect Newbridge, Kildare or Dublin city centre (St Stephen's Green area)

Shimano quote them as averaging 1387g per wheelset.

I'm surprised nobody's biting. These are a serious set of wheels folks. Team Sky's climbing wheels. I'm 90 kg and upgraded to these 3 years ago and they improved my climbing no end. Superb downhill too, which is where I really like to test them. They always stay on course on fast downhill corners. I really have a lot of faith in them. They have incredible acceleration both on the flat and uphill. They have never gone out of true in 3 and a half years, which is saying something considering they're carrying 90kg's. Also anytime I've brought them in to be serviced they've been perfect and not needed servicing. You literally can't go wrong. They're bulletproof.
I am not being paid for this by Shimano, but if you're out there watching Shimano, you know where u can find me.
Best of luck finding a home for them.

I imagine, that Team Sky use the lighter tubular all carbon version of these as climbing wheels.

Thanks - they, BMC and others use the all carbon version (236g lighter per wheelset) whereas the version that I'm selling have alloy braking surfaces. They're a tad more expensive though: (http://www.revolvebikeshop.ie/9921/products/shimano-dura-ace-9000-c24-carbon-tubular-road-wheelset.aspx)

Thanks - I'll be willing to let them go that if you can pick up from Newbridge or Kildare towns this weekend. If I bring them to Dublin 2 I'll have to pay for a day's parking as I only go up there weekdays for work.
