Not too sure if this has been discussed on the different threads here in Motorsports section but if anyone here has an eircom / eir broadband subscription you now get BT sports ( Inc. sentanta/ eir) for FREE on sky tv if u have eircom broadband..... Even if u don't have sky subscription , old sky box lying around hook it up and ring eir with card number to switch it on. Turns out too that it's in HD a real plus.
Full details in bargain alerts section.

So Moto gp, NASCAR , v8 supercars , wrc, DTM, speedway, and now WEC, and what ever else they show.
Thay also have an app that iv yet to try out like sky go , which is handy too to give the use of, for anyone who don't have eircom broadband, you get two devices I think to show it on. Phone , tablet plus you can log on to PC and watch it there too.

Beats streaming races in ****e quality for me anyway

So I see now that Virgin Media has a notification on Channel 105 that Sky Sports Mix shall be shown. My interest would be if any of the F1 races are shown live on the channel?! This new Channel will be part of the basic package and not the Sports pack. It launches on 24th August.

I would assume not, as it would detract away from people getting Sky F1!

We can live in hope though!

Well, I bet they'll show it live when it's also live on C4. 9 races left, 5 are live on C4, so just 4 races to watch it at someone else's house (which better not be in the middle of the morning)!

Theres been a few times they've used sky1 to show off live sports which I've noticed so far as a bit of f1 and football.

I reckon you might get a qualifying session or two but not a race.

    This too shall pass.
