Sennheiser AVX and a concern.

    Hi Folks

I used to use a Sennheiser G3 system which had it's faults but more often than not served me well. An unfortunate knock however killed the transmitter so I've had to replace it with a Sennheiser AVX Lav mic. Great system, very happy with it and perfect sound.

On occasions however, with the G3 I have had to strap my LAV mic to a venues radio mic as I couldn't get to their soundboard to tap from source. it's hit and miss when I've had to do this however as luck would have it, one of those occasions is approaching next month.

It's only now that I am thinking that because the AVX operates at 1.9GHZ I may cause mobile phone like noise to the venues system by strapping the lav mic to their mic. Any thoughts on this?
