Room heaters does not heat enough

I moved to the very old house ..there is oil heating system installed in the house but radiators does not heat enough..the only one heater works in one room properly..others are very very slow in heating and not heating enough..two doesnt work at all its in sitting room and bathroom..does anyone knows where the problem is?…

And I guess the system wasn't run before for very long time , I smell there was chimney used not the oil heating...

I'd imagine that the boiler needs a service & the heating system itself needs a power flush & to be balanced. It most likely hasn't had any TLC in years
