    So I get this message from PayPal.

    "Proof of shipping is a physical document or online verification from your shipping company that includes the shipping date and the address to which the package was sent. The documents must include a postmark or some other proof of acceptance. The most commonly accepted proof of shipment is a copy of your shipping label that shows the postmark."


    What is that exactly I sent back the item with Registered Post from ~ An Post and gave them the tracking number am I alright? A bit under pressure as the case closes on the the 26/07 and they only sent me the email today on the 23/07. Now they asked me for these documents? Where do I get them?

    Will An Post have the documents I'm really worried.

    Normally with tracking number is enough, do you still have the receipt you got from anpost? maybe scan that and mail it to them. You as sender is the only proof you would have that item was posted back.

    Yea I gave them that, but they want more they think I sent it to the wrong address.

    Enter tracking number on anpost and all the info should be there. Take a screen shot of it and send it on.

    If you sent it to a wrong address, then its your fault.

    If address is correct and an post did not deliver, then claim off an post.

    If it was delivered and you have signature from an post (you can get it online) then no case.

    Remember, there are a huge number of dishonest people that buy online and claim non delivery - very prevalent in the UK.

    I can't seem to get the signature online, I know I sent it to the right address as I copy pasted from the one given by PayPal. But they want to have confirmation of the address I sent the package to, doesn't say on receipt. Tracking number RL 574 008 036 IE. If that helps.

    It was only delivered on Wednesday, an post should be able to give you confirmation address details - usually its on the receipt, but screen shot as attached should suffice as it has name of signatory on it.

    I already gave them that, On Monday I'll go to An Post and get it from them. Thanks for the help.
