    Hi.
I've lifted the spuds from my raised bed. Any advice on what I can plant now? Thanks.

Plant the tubers in a pot of boiling salted water for about thirty minutes. Remove from water, peel the skin off, split the flesh open, add a knob of butter and a twist each of salt and pepper.
Then, using a fork, eat and enjoy ðŸ˜႒

pretty much anything really. Salad stuff for example, lettuce, radishes, sprouts, savoy cabbage. Anything that will be finished by next spring

Or use for lettuce, salads now and then plant winter onions and/or garlic in October
