Public phones Waterford

Can someone tell me the location of a public phone, I know theres one down by the quay but the traffic is hell down there at peak times, Need access to one thats handy to get to and is near parking as my phone is out of action for a few days. Is there one in Tesco Arkeen , browns rd or ballybeg?

Two of them on Barracks Street directly across from Norris's and you can park next to them
