Bridgestone Dueler H/T Tyres. What range can I expect?

My 2013 Toyota Hilux came with Bridgestone Dueler H/T tyres. They're currently at 41,000 km and I rotated them at 20k and again at 40k. Looking at the thread depth, I'd say I'll get to 45k. Is this good range or bad, or in-between?
The reason I ask is that I was talking to a guy a couple of years ago who had a 2010 Hilux with the same tyres. He said he got 80,000 km out of his first set. Replaced them with a cheap set that lasted no time, then went back to the Duelers again. Swore by them. But there's no way I'll see 80,000 km! Was he having me on or is my current 41,000 good going?

The best tyres on 4x4 for all round durability and performance are BF Goodrich AT/KO tyres. I have yet to find anyone who has used them and doesn't rate them highly.
I put over 40k miles on a set on a Landcruiser and there was still a year and a half left in them when I sold it.

    Hi
I have a 14 Hilux and got 84000 km out of 1 st set of tyres. I know another 12 hilux and got 95000 km.
I replaced mine with Cooper and am very happy with them.

As above, have bf goodrich ats and you'll be sick looking at them by the time you need new boots. Great tyre. Have 60k km on my current set and they're just past 50% approx on a lwb pajero that's regularly loaded and I don't hang around either

I put 68k on a pair of lassa competus AT on a dmax that would have been towing a cattle box roughly 25% of the time. That was without rotating at all. I am far too lazy for that.
Jeep tyres are not like car tyres. Far larger circumference, rotating slower, heating less so less wear coupled to deeper threads. Could never break 40k on car tyres.

What are these like on the motorway?

BF Goodrich are a good brand and will have decent grip on motorway.

I'm currently running General Grabber AT2 tyres which are a pretty decent brand here in Australia. I've 20K on them so far, with 5 wheel rotation done every 10K. Even after 20K they still look remarkably new and have pretty good grip in the wet and dry for an AT tyre and pretty decent off road too.

Granted they are on an old Land Cruiser with not a lot of power so don't get hooned around much.

Had a set of Dueller H/T 689's on my old d-max, got 80,000km out of them before they were at about 2.5mm and needed a change.
