MOL has lashed at critics who said the FR were the second most complained about airline after Easyjet. I'm not a fan of FR but some of what is being said about dos'nt sound right to me.

No he hasn't. Ryanair the airline has issued a statement.

Why does everyone personalise everything Ryanair does as Michael O'Leary. It's a huge company not a corner shop.

As they carry the most passengers hardly surprising they're near the top of the list for cancellations.

He has a point..... 500 complaints about FR, that cant be referred to as "large" if you look at total pax carried. Sounds like a company looking to boost their profile.
Non story in my eyes.
