Help Interpreting Trace Log (Nexus Mod Manager)

    I hope I'm posting this in the right place, apologies if not.

    Basically I'm using Nexus Mod Manager while playing Fallout 4, however if you use mods you can't unlock the in-game achievements. So, I recently started a new vanilla game, and deactivated the mods I was using in Nexus Mod Manager. All grand, game worked no problems.

    Then I found a mod that allows you to unlock the achievements while running mods at the same time, so I installed that, but then when I tried to reactivate the mods in Nexus Manager, it keeps crashing. I uninstalled and reinstalled the manager, and still it keeps crashing as soon as I go to try and activate a mod, or remove it.

    I searched the Nexus help forum, and it seemed to suggest some conflict with anti-virus software, however I've disabled my antivirus and still no joy. Trace logs are a bit over my head and I'll admit I can't really make sense of it, Would anyone here be able to give me any advice?

    Check that you can access E:\Games\Nexus Mod Manager\Fallout4\Mods\Spring Cleaning 2.05-4640-2-05.7z and that it has the correct permissions

    When I try to access that file I get an error message saying "Unknown Command". However if I right click on it, select 7zip and then "open archive" I can see the files in it. I checked 'properties' and it's not read only or hidden, not sure what else to check. :(

    Look at the Security tab and check if there's an entry listed for Everyone. Add one with at least read access if not and try again.
