Huawei B593u-12 problems.

So, I purchased a Huawei B593u-12 from Ebay a few weeks ago and for the first 2 weeks was working great. Getting 50Mbps download and 20Mbps upload on 3 all you can eat data. And the router also allows me to port forward so at first it seemed pretty much perfect for my needs. But Now the router has stopped working. No Internet connection at all even after factory resetting, changing the APNs and just turning the router on and off again. The routers mode icon has stayed constantly green and when I go into the router configuration I get and ''error code 0''. I also get a roaming icon in the configuration and a red 3G bar. Does anybody know how this can be fixed?
