Uneven floor after taking up tiles

We have new utility units arriving next week and decided to rip up the tiles that were on the floor. After a hammer and chisel, sledge and kango they're finally coming up but the adhesive/plaster (?) is welded to the ground leaving it very uneven for the next floor to be fitted. Is there any way to lift this or are we best to buy that plaster you can pour to try even up the ground?

If your not caught for heights at back door etc buy a good quality two part leveling compound and level the floor, clean and prime floor first
