    Hi Guys,

Girlfriend had a successful telephone interview for a company upon she was invited for a trial day which in her opinion went ridiculously well yesterday.

She also knows a couple of the higher ups there and is on great terms with them.

Anyways, she just got an email asking would she be free to take a call tomorrow for post Trial Day Feedback.

    Is this good or bad?

If she got the job would they not ring her outright and not ask for permission to call for 'feedback'?

I think im more disappointed than her at the moment!

    Cheers

    Why do you say that?

In my experience, if you got the job they call, and if you didn't, they email as not to have to tell you in person/on the phone

They want to do a call, something that tends to be avoided if it's bad news
