October Sun Holiday other than Canaries?

Looking for recommendations for October sun holidays other than Lanzarote. Thinking Dubai or similar? Budget is up to €2k for two people for a week or so. Main priorities are to chill out, eat good food and not see a rain-cloud for a week. Any recommendations or advise appreciated. :):)

Malta is generally lovely in October but there can be the odd rain shower so it's probably not what you're looking for.

I'm not sure how far €2K would get you for a week in Dubai, I think it is said to be pretty expensive.

Marrakech, is great at that time of the year and should be achievable if you get a good deal on the flights. Ryanair fly there a few times a week out of Dublin.
