external wall filling after bolt removal

HI Guys,
New to this thread and i hope you don't mind me posting some questions over the next few months as i just bought a house and it needs some serious DIY and Expert work to be done.

First question:
The rear of the house had a lean to that was removed but a plank was left attached to the wall, also some bolts.

I plan to remove this by grinding the bolt heads and pulling the plank off the wall then take the remainder of the bolts out with a vice or similar but my question is,
what do i fill the hole with, want to seal it. the wall will be painted down the road at some stage.

I have attached photos of the offending items.

Hi, you can get exterior filler and masonry filler, I'd probably use that.
