Not sure if it's ok to ask stuff like this on here but chancing it anyway.

I have an interview for a support worker in disabilities sector (residential/respite). I applied for two jobs with the agency. They got back about a month ago saying I didn't get shortlisted for job 1- and then last week I was told I have an interview for job 2 -support worker. The person specification would be long gone off their website.

This is also the first interview I have gotten since finishing college doing social care in may 2014. I have previously volunteered/placement in youth work. Im not overly familiar with disability area.

Just wondering if anyone would have any tips on what to expect in the interview? Long shot but any help or ideas on what to expect in the interview etc would be so much help. I need to work and no one wants to hire you if you have no experience post qualification-it is just so hard. Thank you in advance :)
