Hi guys just wanted some info as I'm not sure where we stand legally but our gutters have gotten in a bad way with plants etc growing out of them, thus causing mould to grow indoors I really wanted to tackle the issue.
We live in a 2 storey house and if I had a ladder big enough I would tackle the issue myself but as we don't I would like to get a private contractor in?
Just wondering where would I stand on this, does the landlord pay or do I?
    Really appreciate any help.
Figured gutters would be nice and dry after today :)

Get in touch with landlord its maintenance they should be looking after. Bad gutters can damage roofs, cause damp on walls and cause rot.
