New Prize Bonds Form changes STUB

I won 50 euro today and am asked for the first time to return cheque with stubb if i am purchasing more bonds,
But this stub I had always held onto as it was my only way of having proof that i had purchased prize bonds until the receipt come in the post,
They now call it Irelands State Savings,
I am disgusted with this kind of thing, wish they had let it be as it was in the past and let us have the stub, I am holding onto mine and still doing as I did in the past,
