Failure of courts

    I have been in and out of listowel court for the last four years. Havent spoken to my children in that time. My daughter is ten and son is eight. I am a stranger to them because of the failure of the judge to enforce court order. I have a copy if it signed by him which states she will go to prison for six days for failure to comply. Absolute joke.
    We as dads have zero rights which as far as i am aware its is in breach of our civil rights.my case is gone so bad that i cant even get them to agree to dna tests. However i am never going to stop fighting for them as there will be an outcome be it good or bad for their mother.

    Heartbreaking story. The family court is a joke. I have been through the mill myself recently and have almost been driven to suicide.

    Start contacting lawyers who have an interest in the area, apply for legal aid and take a case asserting your constitutional rights if they've been breached. You may find that the majority of the country just decided that was the best was to regulate society, such is the flaw in the democratic process.

    If that's the case you need a political solution.
