Fixing leaks costs

I'm considering to buy a house where I can see yellow stains on the living room ceiling under an en suite bathroom.
I would like to have an idea on costs to fix it to take it in consideration on my decision.
I understand it would be difficult to have a value only based on this information but would it be possible to have some interval prices based on a few different scenarios or previous experiences?

Depending on what is leaking you could be taking about tightening a fitting or more likely taking out the bath and or shower tray. Fitting aqua seal to bath/shower, refitting bath /shower & then re tiling. You could be taking replacing floorboards & joists but this is unlikely. It's possible the bath or shower tray are cracked and need replacing.
If you were thinking of doing up the bathroom in a year or so I'd leave well enough alone till then. Maybe attack everything with silicone to tide you over.

If there is a problem with the seal on the tray ,you would be removing the last row of tiles, fitting a sealux seal, you would not be taking out the tray, refiting new row of tiles, cost 200-250.it could also be a simple fix ,like waste on shower tray, waste on sink etc, bottom of shower door, all not that expensive to fix

So unless is something really serious and unusual, 1000 Euros should be enough. Sounds good to me. Thank you.
