Super course, one of the best park lands in leinster. No real tips to playing it. 2ND hole is a par 5, iron off the tee at the little lake. If you pull your tee shot you will have no second shot. Enjoy it

Excellent course and if in good condition probably up there with Druid's Glen as my favorite. There's a great stroke saver on their website that gives you yardages and layouts of all the different holes so could be worth printing that out and studying it to develop a good a game plan that meets your game before hand.

Plenty of water in play so plot carefully and enjoy the scenery.

Quality course as others have said - one of the best parklands in the country IMO. Played it in March and the greens were unreal quick then - I dread to think what they are like now!

Only tip I'd have is on the 9th - you don't need to hit driver (off the regular tees anyway) as you can quite easily run out of room and end up in the water (check out the strokesaver on their website) - it looks like you can get away with it when you are standing on the tee box but in summer I'd imagine you could quite easily run out of room.

beautiful but very very tough in my experience

only ever played it in JSCs

might be a little more gentle off forward tees

Dont go long or left on your second shot of the first hole.

Tee of for about 190 yds as water comes into play. Don't go left on second /3rd as its dead.

3rd is fine , just keep right to have a shot.

    4th/5th straight forward

6th. Aim for fairway on second to have a clear shot. Don't go long.

    7th straight forward.

8th up the left of the tee.

9th. 180 ys tee shot or run out of room

10th. Aim for the middle into the corner. Right and your blocked.

11th really needs a fade or straight.

12th. Right side of fairway to have a shot but not too far as water. Don't got long or right on approach.

    13th straight forward.

14th aim at the tree (you'll know it when you see it)

15th middle to right side is good

16th. Depends how far you can drive it. Done the middle of short or over the left edge of the bunker if bigger hitter. Right edge if you can hit it 270+ to leave an iron in

17th. Don't go in the water ha

    18th straight forward

Thanks for your tips guys. Played today in perfect conditions and must say the course was immaculate. Greens fast and fairways perfect. Took the advice and brought plenty of balls, luckily. Lost 8 on front nine and two on back nine.
Loved the course and now that I have played it will definitely return......just wish i played off yellows instead of whites....cant imagine what its like off back tees.
