Advice needed on training for next half marathon

The RunKillarney half is next weekend and will be my first half marathon. In order to keep things going I've signed up for a bit of running tourism and will be doing the Lisbon Half on the 2nd Oct, so there are about 70 days between the two. I'd really appreciate any advice on how to structure my training after Killarney. I had been following the Nike 1/2 marathon plan which is a 14 week plan and generally I feel I went ok with it. I had a bit of a blip with around 7 weeks to go where I did an unscheduled 5k race and then had a lot of stuff going on at work and between the two it affected how I was feeling and the motivation to run. I asked for some advice on my log and the consensus was that the Nike plan was too advanced with two speed sessions a week. So I dropped one of the speed sessions and replaced it with an easy run. However I also feel like I never really got back into the speed sessions properly after that as well. I'll post below what my training has looked like over the past 13 weeks and if I could get guidance on what to do after Killarney in terms of speed, long runs etc that would be brilliant.

    Week | Mon | Tues | Wed | Thurs | Fri | Sat | Sun | Weekly total
    1 | | | Speed - intervals | | Easy Run 5k | | LSR 10.35k | 31k
    2 | Easy 5.8k | | Speed - hill sprints | | Speed - 400m intervals | Easy 5k | LSR 11.25k | 36K
    3 | | Easy 5.75k | Speed - intervals | | Speed - strides & 1.2k intervals | | LSR 13k | 36K
    4 | | Easy 5.75k | | | Speed - 200m intervals & 5k Tempo | Easy 5k | LSR 14k | 35.5K
    5 | | Easy 6.5k | Speed - Temp 8k | | Easy 5.6k | Easy 8k | LSR 14k | 42K
    6 | | Easy 6.8k | Speed - Hill sprints | | Speed - 200m intervals | Easy 6.4k | LSR 16k | 43.8K
    7 | | Easy 7.1K | Speed - intervals | |Speed - intervals | Parkrun 5k | LSR 16 k | 45K
    8 | | | Speed - 400m intervals ** | | | Easy 3.5k | LSR 11k | 18.5K
    9 | | Easy 6k | | Easy 2.5k | | Tempo 7.2km | LSR 16k | 32K
    10| | Easy 8k | Easy 5.6K | | Easy 8K | Easy 6K | LSR 18.3K | 46K
    11| | Easy 7k | Speed - 5K slow, 5k @ tempo | | Easy 5.6K | Easy 8k | LSR 18.2k | 48.5K
    12| | Easy 6.3K| Speed - hill sprints | |Tempo 9k |Easy 8.2k |LSR 20.2k | 51K
    13 | | | Easy 7.5k | | Easy 6K | Easy 6K | LSR 13.3k | 33K

Just hit 500K today for the plan

Where the ** is where things fell apart for a little bit. A lot of the intervals were mixed ie/ 800m at 5k, 10K & tempo paces, or a mixture of 200, 400 & 800 m intervals at various paces.

Since about half way through the plan I have started to go swimming on a Monday morning and I also do pilates on a Wed night. Somewhere in there I also walk Cooper if he hasn't come with me on a run (normally then means I have run in the am and walk him in the evening).

Any suggestions would be great - how to structure the week or two after Killarney and then the remaining weeks going forward until the 2nd Oct :)

The two weeks after the Killarney race should be all easy runs no sessions and nothing longer then one hours running
